I've received two more renewal notices after they told me the policy would not renew again. I have tried and tried for months to get the policy cancelled and refunded. My lender said they would not send a letter to Neptune, but they did get on a 3-way call with the insurer and told them flood insurance was no longer required after the FEMA determination. Neptune said they needed a letter from my lender as well, even though my lender only goes by what FEMA says. I received a letter from FEMA stating my home is not in a flood zone. I requested to cancel my flood policy in May and they still will not cancel it and refund me 7 months later. I bought from Insurox and didn't realize that is a third party and my real insurer is Neptune. I didn't even know I was purchasing from Neptune.
